I myself have been drinking Apple Cider Vinegar every morning and night for nearly 6 months now.  What I found, but didn't realize until I stopped drinking it, was that it helped me lose weight.  I can verify this because I recently had to have surgery and when I was weighed at the hospital I had lost 10lbs. I thought it was because I had cut back on drinking red wine with dinner every night.  However, I have recently started drinking ACV again and guess what ....I found that I am losing weight.
